1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us via our website. Items sent back to us without a return approval will not be accepted.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including:
- Personal preference (e.g. style, colour, or fit not as expected)
- Ordered the wrong item or size
- Simply no longer want the item
We recommend reviewing item details and sizing guides carefully before placing your order.
3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We take product quality seriously. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days via our website.
- The item is faulty
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
If your return is accepted for one of these reasons, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label at no cost to you. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send any items back without prior confirmation. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a replacement, exchange, or full refund as applicable.
4. International Orders
Our store is based in Australia, and all purchases are governed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under ACL, we are obligated to provide a refund or replacement only when the product is faulty, damaged, or materially different from what was advertised.
Returns and refund for international orders must meet the same criteria and must be approved by our team in advance. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please note: Differences in colour due to lighting, screen display settings, or minor variations are not considered faults under ACL.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Personal care products (e.g. skincare, cosmetics)
- Custom or personalised items
- Perishable goods (e.g. food or plants)
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods

6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 - 14 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us via our website.
7. European Union 30 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
